The 'Shallow Slapper' as its name suggests is a pellet shaped float designed to fish with pellets extremely shallow.

The idea is that just the pellet cocks the float and the shape of it when 'slapped' on the surface also sounds like a pellet hitting the water. This encourages the fish to come and have a look at what's on offer.

The floats are designed so that they can be married exactly to the correct size of pellet or even boilie. The smaller float suits 4/6mm pellets and the larger one 8/10mm pellets or boilies.
