  • If you keep your rods ready assembled always keep them wrapped together with two Garbolino rod wraps, one at either end. this will ensure that the tip section is protected by the rest of the rod
  • If possible keep your ready assembled rods in a rigid rod pouch like the Super G Rigid Rod Pouches. This will help protect yourod, reel and rig safe when not in use.
  • Keep your rod out of the mud and dirt and always try to use a rest/roost when fishing another method.
  • Dont stick your rod in the grass as the rig always gets tangled and a lot of rods are broken when anglers pull harder to get their rigs out of the undergrowth!
  • Always take the cellophane wrap off the handle otherwise this will rot the cork if the damp gets underneath it.
