The Garbolino flags fly high at Lindholme!

Garbolino are delighted to have teamed up with the North's premier commercial fishery Lindholme Lakes near Doncaster. The complex has grown dramatically over the last few years and boasts an incredible 503 pegs and hosts some of the biggest events in the UK's match Open calendar. Events

Lindholme Lakes is situated on over 100 acre of landscaped grounds ,boasting 8 lakes catering for all standards of fishing,from match to specimen to just the lazy days on the bank for pleasure.

For the 2009 season we will have a new lake for the pleasure anglers,a brand new 150 seater cafe/clubhouse or community building.

We will also have a purpose built tackle shop,to supply all anglers needs from the latest poles to the smallest floats.

New Toilets to cater for the disabled and gents and ladies washrooms will be second to none.

A new caravan park with hard standing and electric hook-ups will be also developed into 5 star camping.

Whatever the weather you will bag at Lindholme!

The lakes available in 2008 is as follows

Bonsai Lake 85 pegs with a mixed lake of mainly carp,barbel,ide and tench to around the 12lb mark the match record on this lake is a credable 276lb by Alan Scothorne

Laurels Lake is a 70 peg mixed Lake with a large head of carp to 15lb ,loads of silvers and makes this a choice for the pleasure anglers,the match record is 177lb .

Willows Lake is a 60 peg pleasure /match lake stocked pretty much the same has Laurels and the match record stands at 198lb .

Strip Pond is a 1 acre 24peg lake which makes it a first class small club water ,very easy to fish and full of smaller,cap ,silvers and tench making it a easy lake for the lesser angler.

Beeches Lake is a 40 peg totally unspoilt lake with 40 pegs spread over 4acres of beautyifully kept grounds,,King fishers,Nightjars and many different water fowl grace this lovely lake.Its is again a mixed fishery and holds Carp to around the 8lb mark. and holds the best Match weight by Rob Hitchens of 298lb 7oz

Bennys Lake is a 10 acre Lake with over 80 pegs of landscaped ground and holds the specimen Carp,Perch,pike and tench.This is to be open in 2009 for the specimen hunters who want quiet and tranquilaty all rolled it one .28lb 12oz Carp are the biggest in this lake to date.

Loco Lake is a 5 acre lake holding a large head of Carp,silvers and tench,it is a 50 peg Match Lake with Matt hall qualifying for Fisho Mania in 2006 with 143lb.

It is to be split into two for the 2009 season and so will increase the pegging.

The Oasis is a 70 peg Match Lake with over 5tons of mixed fish in at the moment,it is a15mtr wide Canal type horseshoe shape ,but is to be altered over the 2008 winter into a 140 peg super water,which will again be used for the Prestigious matches Garbolino Lindholme is now known for .
