In association with Match Fishing Magazine the Garbolino Club Angler of the Year is now into its fifth year and is a huge success. This year saw over 300 club representatives entering the three regional qualifiers where 12 anglers from each event go through to the final at Barston Lakes in the the West Midlands. The event gets bigger and bigger every year and it's not surprising with over 10,000 worth of prizes to be won. Plus cash prizes this year!!!!

Match Fishing has teamed up with Garbolino to give every club angler in the country a shot at winning the prestigious title and a share of £10,000 worth of prizes as well as cash prizes.
It’s up to you and your club to decide which angler represents you in the regional Fish-Offs. It might be your Club Champion, the winner of a series of matches or perhaps the winner of a one-off qualifying match, the choice is yours.
Three popular match venues, Tunnel Barn Farm, Gold Valley and Lindholme Lakes, have been selected for for the regional qualifiers, and the top 15 anglers from each match will go through to the 45 man final at the superb Barston Lakes.
